JC Dark Lager

Unlimited imagination
for a limited beer series

Packaging design for a limited series of JC Dark Lager beer was developed to the order of SPI Group, the well-known alcohol manufacturer.

The beer is brewed and named in honor of famous wine-maker Jean Claude, the good friend of the company, the yacht enthusiast and the fan of dark beer. A particular focus in the packaging design was made specifically on his passion for yachts. A real sailor’s knot is used in the logo, enabling it to become the central design element.

Since the beer was a birthday gift to Jean Claude to be seen by everyone invited to the yacht, it was decided to effect no economies on the packaging and make it as impressive as possible. This is why special attention was paid to the entire packaging set, including the shipping corrugated box.
