Several tasks were set before the
system of visual communications of international biathlon competition for the
prize to commemorate Vitaly Fatyanov. The competition was supposed to become
one of the prominent and vivid impressions for the residents and guests of
Kamchatka. At the same time, a healthy balance between the informative value of
the communications and the corporate style liveliness had to be observed.

The claimed level of the competition in terms of the quality of advertising and information materials had to be no lower than that of the world cups. Kamchatka was laying a serious claim to the right of hosting the Biathlon World Cup 2016, therefore, it was necessary to demonstrate the top quality of the competition organization and visual design to the IBU representatives.
